These terms cover using the KidzLense website and joining our waitlist. When we start selling, the sale terms in section 4 onwards will also apply to anything you buy from us.

2. Using this website
You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't attempt to break, overload, scrape or misuse it, or use it in any unlawful way.
You must be 18 or over to join our waitlist or buy from us.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and places you under no obligation. It is not an order and does not guarantee availability or a specific price.
Founding-family offers described on this site — including the first box free and a discounted founding rate — are pre-launch offers. We'll confirm the exact terms in writing before you pay anything. We may change or withdraw an offer that hasn't yet been accepted, and if we do so in a way that affects you, we'll tell you by email.
You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us.
4. Our products
KidzLense products are educational materials and activity kits for children, designed to be used together with a parent or carer. They are not toys for unsupervised play, and they are not financial advice or a financial service of any kind.
Some activities involve real coins and small parts. Please supervise young children accordingly, and use your own judgement about what is suitable for your child.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars or pounds sterling depending on your location, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We'll show the total before you pay. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before processing your order and you can confirm or cancel.
6. Digital downloads
Digital products (such as printable kits) are delivered by download or email link after payment. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to print and use them within your own household — including copies for each of your own children.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share them publicly, or use them commercially (for example in a paid class or setting) without our written permission.
Your cancellation rights on digital downloads. If you're in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download begins — and at checkout we'll ask you to agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of that right. If you haven't downloaded it yet, you can still cancel for a full refund. Either way, if something isn't as described or doesn't work, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.
7. Physical products and subscriptions
Where we sell physical kits or subscriptions, we'll set out delivery times, countries served, and renewal and cancellation terms clearly at checkout before you pay. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and take effect from the next unshipped box.
8. Faulty or damaged items
If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, email us within a reasonable time and we'll replace it or refund you. This is in addition to your legal rights, which we don't limit.
9. Our content
All KidzLense content — including the characters, illustrations, booklets, games, brand names and logos — belongs to us and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Buying a product gives you the right to use it as described in section 6, not ownership of the content itself.
10. Liability
We provide our website and materials in good faith and take care over them, but we don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place an order or join the waitlist. Significant changes affecting existing customers will be notified by email.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in. Consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union keep all rights they have under local law, including the right to bring proceedings in their own local courts.
